Food Distribution
The cold, brutal winters in Afghanistan can be tough on anyone, especially those living under tents and unable to provide for their families. In early December 2010, TCOW distributed food supplies to 200 less fortunate families currently residing in the Dewanbegi Camp. Each family received flour, rice, oil, sugar, beans, and tea, enough to accommodate them for a month. At a cost of nearly $15,000, it was well worth every penny spent!
